Join Maria Trozzi as she maps out an achievable guide for all of us to find “our best life” in its second half.

From research and clinical experience, with insight, compassion, and humor, she will explore the challenges and hidden opportunities that come with aging: such as, the special case of ‘strivers ‘ (that’s most of us!) and why chasing happiness is over-rated, how to use our ‘crystallized’ intelligence, choose new habits, and retire others and tame our anxiety about ‘what if’ that holds us back.

About Maria

Maria Trozzi is a distinguished author and clinician widely recognized for her expertise in loss, transitions, and resilience. She has captivated audiences as a speaker and lecturer on various platforms, including many national television shows such as The Early Show, Good Morning America, and The Today Show. 

 Maria was a professor at Boston University School of Medicine for thirty-four years. She has lectured to health care providers, educators and parents in all fifty states, sharing her insights on how we can face life’s typical life stressors and developmental transitions with enhanced capacity to transform;  her expertise has been sought in the aftermath of national crises, including 9/11, hurricane Katrina, the Marathon bombing, Extortion 17 (Navy Seal) community.
